Run for Water – Muslim Charity Run
Muslim Charity Run is an initiative of the East London Mosque Trust. They have been organising this event for 8 years to raise funds for schools to madrasahs, to humanitarian charities, to mosques institutions that are creating change in our society. This year it comes back bigger and better! It will be a great day out with family and friends with all sorts of stalls and activities!
RUN FOR CHARITY, RUN FOR FITNESS, RUN FOR FUN!
The goals of this event are: To promote healthier lifestyles and help charities raise funds for good causes. So, get active, keep fit, fundraise for Global Aid Trust, and enjoy the day!
The run will take place in Tower Hamlet's Victoria Park, recognised for its heritage, sports facilities, walkways and lake, on Sunday 24th October 2021.
The cost of registration is £20 per runner payable to Global Aid Trust. This will cover the cost of the event, t-shirts, medals for each runners and a winner’s prize.
We bring to you the pledge for Water for East Africa for this years run. To help us for this great cause, we ask each individual to raise minimum of £100.
THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH PBUH WAS ASKED, "WHICH CHARITY IS BEST?" HE REPLIED, "[PROVIDING] WATER".
